Stay-Awake in your

OG-66 Patrol Radios

Stay Awake functionality is available on the OG-66 Patrol Radio. Configured Stay Awake events can be scheduled alongside patrol events, with adjustable timeouts and alerts for missed responses.

  • fully flexible schedule
  • Adjustable timeouts
  • Alerts for missed stay-awakes
  • Schedule directly in the patrol calendar

How It Works

In the Onguard Patrol Platform navigate to your device and select "Schedule ". This displays both the patrol schedule and configured Stay Awake events. Click on "Stay-Awake Setup " to start.

The following panel will open, allowing you to fully customize your stay-awake schedule.

  • Choose a From and To time.
  • Select the days of the week to apply.
  • Choose how often to trigger a stay-awake.
  • Choose the patrol point that the employee must scan in order to satisfy the stay-awake.
  • Set the timeout after which an alert will appear in the controller monitoring page.

When you're satisfied with your settings, click "Create events ". Don't worry, your patrols will be unaffected; the stay-awake schedule will mesh seamlessly with your patrol schedule.

In the below example you can see we have scheduled stay-awakes on Monday morning only. You are free to repeat this process as many times as you want, giving you full flexibility to create different schedules for different days and times.

Simply click on a stay-awake event to view its details:

The following panel will open, displaying that stay-awake event's details. You may also choose to delete it here.

Remember, the timeout is how long the officer has to scan the point before the controller is alerted.

To delete all stay-awake events on a particular day, click the delete button shown below. This will not delete patrols.

A final note: always remember to click "Save " after making any changes to your stay-awake or patrol schedule.
