Monitoring your security guards’ device battery levels is crucial for uninterrupted operations. By accessing the system’s back end, you can quickly locate a guard’s device on a detailed site map and check its real-time battery status. This simple step ensures devices remain powered, preventing disruptions in communication and monitoring. Additionally, the Admin section provides a comprehensive activity log, offering deeper insights into battery performance and usage patterns.

Regular battery monitoring enhances security and accountability. Proactive checks prevent downtime, allowing guards to stay equipped with functional devices and avoiding potential security gaps. Detailed logs also provide valuable data for tracking performance and ensuring service reliability, keeping your operations efficient and responsive.

Step 1:
On the monitoring page, click on “All Sites.”

Step 2:
Next to the site, find and click on the device you’d like to check.

Step 3:
Navigate to the map to see where the device is located on-site.

Step 4:
Click on the device to view its details.

Step 5:
In this case, check the current battery levels of the device.

Step 6:
To view the device’s battery levels in more detail, navigate to “Admin.”

Step 7:
In the dropdown menu, select “Devices.”

Step 8:
Choose the device you want to check.

Step 9:
Click on “Activity” to view a more detailed log of the device’s performance.
